UC Davis released a study of California Women Business Leaders, or should I say lack thereof. Half of California's 400 largest public companies have no women in top executive offices according to UC Davis researchers. I am surprised by the results for a state that prides itself on being so liberal and forward thinking. Note to California - there are so many great women out there!
