Victoria, who holds an LLM from the London School of Economics, a JD from Georgetown University Law School, is the Founder and President of Bridging the Innovation Divide, a not-for-profit foundation. President Barack Obama intends to nominate Elaine Schuster to be Representative of the United States of America to the Sixty-fourth Session of the General Assembly of the United Nations, and Laura Gore Ross to be Alternate Representative of the United States of America to the Sixty-fourth Session of the General Assembly of the United Nations.
