I would only add one point, Alice, which is that Anita DeFrantz, as pictured, played a major and consistent role throughout the past several decades in bringing forth talented women in sport leadership to the International Olympic Organizing Committee. Her fascinating story is told, in her own words, in my latest book: Women Leaders at Work: Untold Tales of Women Achieving their Ambitions (Apress: 2011)
