University of Maryland appointed Joyce E. A. Russell Vice Dean for Programs at the Robert H. Smith School of Business. Joyce, who holds a Ph.D in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Akron, Ohio, is a Ralph J. Tyser Distinguished Teaching Fellow at the Smith School.
