Duck Duck Moose, the award-winning educational apps for children whose co-founders include Nicci Gabriel and Caroline Hu Flexer, raised $7 million in Series A venture funding led by Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed Venture Partners. Nicci is an award-winning designer and was was the Creative Lead at Sharpcast where she designed the SugarSync desktop, mobile and web applications. Caroline, who holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, worked as a design consultant at IDEO, and as a product manager of Quicken and QuickBooks software at Intuit.
