Momentum building on Fortune 500 Companies' "Commitment to Women". Waste Management appoints Victoria Holt to its Board of Directors.

Waste Management, Inc. (NYSE: WM), #203 on the Fortune 500 List, appointed Victoria Holt to its Board of Directors. Victoria is President and Chief Executive Officer of Spartech Corporation. (Business Wire press release)

Momentum is building on Fortune 500 Companies' "Commitment to Women". Fortune 500 companies should "commit to women" to make their next board appointment a woman. Companies should make this commitment for their customers' sake, their shareholders and their employees. This is what we need to move the needle. I've posted 2 so far who have added women to their boards this year - 2 down, 498 to go!!
