The Kellogg Company, #205 on the Fortune 500 list, appointed Cynthia H. Milligan (pictured) to its Board of Directors. Cynthia is Dean Emeritus of the College of Business Administration at University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and had been Director of Banking and Finance for the State of Nebraska. Cynthis joins three other women on the board, Dorothy A. Johnson who is President of the Ahlburg Company; Ann McLaughlin Korologos who is a former U.S. Secretary of Labor; and Mary A. Laschinger who is President of xpedx and Senior Vice President of International Paper Company. The four women make up 30% of the Board of Directors seen on the company's website.
